1. How do I book? The preferred method is by telephoning us on 01227 368463 or alternatively you can email us at hire@krazycastles.co.uk

 

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking? You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. We have a 100% delivery success rate as we never double book.

 

3. How much does it cost? Please see the inflatable page for all prices, prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business or location.

 

4. What do the prices include? All bouncy castle standard booking prices include local delivery and collection, a small £10 delivery charge for out of area deliveries will be charged. You will also receive a blower, extension cable, pegs, circuit breaker and safety crash mat and instructions.

 

5. When are your bouncy castles available? Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.

 

6. How long do I get the equipment for? 4-5 hours. We deliver and set up castles between 8.00am and 12.00 noon on the day of the hire then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 5.00pm. You may pay a extra £10 to have your kids castle up until 7pm After this time a £20 overnight fee will apply. All Adult castles are picked up at 8pm, after this time a £20 overnight fee will apply. We need to know at the time of booking if you wish to have your castle longer that the standard booking times! 6a. We may have several castles to deliver on the day of your hire.. So if we seem a bit stressed and rushed its because other people are waiting, so if you are not ready for us when we arrive we cannot stand around while you get dressed or clear the garden or make access for us.

 

7. Do you hire overnight? We do not offer overnight hire on children’s castles and slides for £20 extra, this has to be paid with the hire fee on delivery.

 

8. Do I have to pay a deposit? No deposit is required.

 

9. How and when do I pay? Cash on DELIVERY, we do not accept cheque payments on the day! They can be sent, but they will need to be received in sufficient time for funds to be clear before we will deliver. We do accept credit card payments. PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have the cash ready when the driver arrives, he will NOT deliver the castle, You will also incur a £20 delivery charge.

 

10. What if I need to cancel? You can cancel at anytime, however we have saved this castle for you so if we do not get at least 24 hours notice you may incur a cancellation fee of £25

 

11. What if it rains? Unfortunately the bouncy castles cannot be operated in very wet conditions due to safety reasons. If it is raining on the morning of hire we will ring you to advise.

 

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope? No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

 

13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable? The bouncy castles take approx. 20 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

 

14. How much space is needed? We need CLEAR access and any adult castle or slide we need 3ft wide clear access for delivery.. We will not carry the castle through the house without notice. You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet on the length of the castle size and 2 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited. WE WILL NOT HIRE ON DOG POO…… So it needs to be cleared BEFORE we arrive.

 

15. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide? We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply, also you will need to show 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill to the driver this forms part of the hire agreement. We will not accept a signature or hire from a person under 18.

 

16. Do you supply safety instructions? Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.

 

17. Is there an age limit for children using the castle? Yes all our castles and slides are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12 or as tall as the castle wall height (1.2m) For children over that age, we recommend that you hire an adult castle.

 

18. If your garden is not clear and tidy and we have to supply a groundsheet you will be charged an extra £15, you can then keep this after hire.

 

19. We do not hire our castles under ANY circumstances on concrete or similar.

 

20.Please note: For weddings or similar, full payment has to be paid in advance and a signed disclaimer form has to be sent back with payment. At the event YOU need to make sure we have clear access and informed the organisers where we will be setting up and have them ready for us.
